Corra is currently hiring a Senior Director of Marketing. This role will be responsible for providing an overall strategic vision and business plan for the Marketing Department to help drive qualified leads to our sales team via multiple online and offline channels. This “think outside the box”  individual will be involved in every step of the marketing process from brainstorming campaign ideas and managing the creative design process, to product introductions, reaching influencers, creating high quality content, setting up and managing multiple campaigns and events. We are looking for someone to take on the responsibilities of managing overall marketing KPI’s along with a team, budget, and technology management in the face of the challenges that come with marketing multiple products to customers across the globe. This position will report to the CCO and will be accountable for the success of the Marketing Department.


  • Lead and manage a team of 7 people (4 direct reports)

  • Own Corra’s marketing and go-to-market strategy

  • Deeply understand the industry, Corra and Corra competitors to form an opinion on how best to represent Corra in the marketplace

  • Own Corra’s brand position and branding assets – work with creative and communications to ensure branding is consistent and well executed

  • Partner with stakeholders within the business to ensure Corra’s services and products are well represented within the marketing strategy

  • Manage an overall marketing calendar and campaign program across events, digital, demand generation and communications

  • Manage marketing team in agile manner leveraging Asana as an organization tool for the team

  • Partner with key industry partners to bring to life joint campaigns, programs and events

  • Drive leads to business development, ultimately holding a pipeline target to support sales

  • Own and all digital touch points of our brand

  • Manage a multi-million-dollar budget across all marketing activities

  • Maintain a relationship with finance to fund events and programs

  • Support reviewing and selecting key vendors for marketing support

  • Be marketing’s leader within our organization and as represented externally

  • Represent marketing’s programs to senior leadership and show ROI of campaigns and investments


  • 5-10 years B2B marketing experience within the digital space

  • Experience leading a cross-functional marketing team

  • Experience managing a budget and partnering with finance

  • Demonstrated ability to develop a strong go-to-market strategy and create an overall marketing program that drives revenue with a proven ROI

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize

  • Experience managing the digital presence of a B2B brand and a digital advertising strategy – website management, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.

  • Previous experience working with the SalesForce Suite of marketing products – SalesForce, Pardot,, Engage, etc.

  • Ideally, previous experience working with the Asana team management tool and ability to run a team in an agile manner

  • Looking for someone who “gets it” on branding – ensures our branding is beautiful, clean, and has an understated elegance across all materials
